From application to hiring dashboard, in one platform

GradVe connects institutions, employers and students for internship-to-PPO (pre-placement offer) hiring — a process that, at most campuses, still runs across a mix of spreadsheets, email threads and whichever coordinator remembers the current state of each application. Nobody involved — institution, employer or student — has a reliable single view of where things stand.

The platform replaces that with hiring dashboards, structured applicant funnels and reporting built around the actual stages of campus recruitment: registration, employer onboarding, internship tracking, and conversion to a placement offer. Built on Laravel, the system was designed so an institution’s placement cell can run an entire hiring cycle — and produce compliance-ready reporting — without exporting a single spreadsheet by hand.

The result is recruitment that’s accountable in both directions: employers can see real applicant progress, and institutions can show, not just claim, their placement outcomes.
